Jeff Howes

Jeff Howes is an Irish golf course architect operating Jeff Howes Golf Design from Kilkenny. An EIGCA member since 2005, he holds a BSc in Physical Geography and a Diploma in Turf Grass Management, with over 40 years of experience. His portfolio includes Fota Island Resort (Irish Open 2001, 2002, 2014), Golf Club Adamstal in Austria (best course in Austria 2007–08), The Heritage (co-designed with Seve Ballesteros, Seve Trophy 2007, 2009), and Mount Juliet restoration (American Express WGC 2002, 2004). He provides consultancy, site analysis, planning, and construction supervision across Europe.
