About: Aspley Guise & Woburn Sands Golf Club

Aspley Guise & Woburn Sands Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Bedfordshire. The club was first formed in 1914.

The golf course was established in 1914, originally consisting of 9 holes designed by Sandy Herd. Construction was completed by Charles Willmott, who also served as the Club Professional for an extended period of 42 years.

It officially opened for play in May 1914, featuring an exhibition match by professionals including Sandy Herd, Ted Ray, Tom Ball, and B. Batley, with Tom Ball leading the scoreboard with a 68 over 18 holes.

Visitor tee times are available from 1 PM Monday to Friday, subject to availability. Tee times are released on a rolling 5-day basis, and payment is required at the time of booking.

County Card holders can enjoy a rate of £45 for 18 holes, subject to availability and presentation of the card on the day.
