Beaufort Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Kerry. The club was first formed in 1995.
Established in 1995, Beaufort Golf Course is located on the historical Churchtown Estate, which has roots dating back to a Georgian house built in 1740 by Sir Rowland Blennerhassett. The estate, having been transformed from one of the Southwest's largest dairy farms into a golf course by James Magill's descendants, was designed by Arthur Spring.
In 2006, the course was acquired by new owners who redeveloped it into a prominent parkland golf course in the Southwest region. A distinctive feature of the course is the presence of the ruined 15th-century Castle Corr beside the 15th green, offering a unique blend of historical heritage and golfing experience.
Green fee rates for 18 holes are €60 on weekdays and €65 on weekends/bank holidays from April 1st to September 30th. From October 1st to March 31st, rates are €50 on weekdays and €55 on weekends/bank holidays.
Special rates for Golf Ireland members over 65 are available Monday-Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays); contact the Clubhouse for details. Buggies, clubs, and trolleys are available for hire and should be pre-booked.
