Bigbury Golf Course was established in 1923 and is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the coast of South West Devon. It is an 18-hole course stretching 6,011 yards (white), 5,854 yards (yellow) for men, and 5,518 yards (red) for ladies, with a par of 70 for men and 72 for ladies.
The course’s slope rating is 127 with a course rating of 70.0 for White, 69.1 for Yellow, and 72.5 for Red tees. Notable features include wide fairways, fast greens, and the strategic placement of trees and bunkers that, along with sea winds, provide a varying challenge to golfers.
Green fees vary depending on the season and time of day. From 30th March to 25th October 2025, green fees are £65 prior to 1pm and £55 after 1pm. Twilight rates are available after 4pm from April to October for £30.
Between 27th October 2024 to 29th March 2025, fees are £35 prior to 11am (mid-day Jan/Feb, 1pm March) and £28 after 11am (mid-day Jan/Feb, 1pm March). Junior fees are £25 during high season and £15 during low season and can be booked via the Golf Shop.
