About: Brailsford Golf Club

Brailsford Golf Club is a municipal golf club, in Derbyshire.

The Brailsford Golf Course was designed by the late Craig Dalton in 1995 and opened in July 1996 as a nine-hole course. It expanded to a twelve-hole course in 2006 after acquiring an adjacent strawberry farm, with the development work conducted by the course's long-serving greenkeeper.

Owned and managed by Clowes Developments (UK) Ltd., the course underwent construction of a new clubhouse in 2001, which opened in 2002, and later improved to offer full eighteen holes by constructing different tees for the back six holes. Notable is that golfers must have their own personal liability insurance to play at Brailsford Golf Course, as the facility does not provide this coverage.

Visitors can enjoy 18 holes for £29.00. Members' guests pay £26.10, and junior rates are £10.00 for both 12 and 18 holes. These rates are effective from 1st April 2025.
