About: Brampton Golf Club

Brampton Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Cumbria.

The Club Brampton Golf Course was established by James Braid, a renowned golf course designer and professional golfer. Braid, originating from Fife, developed his golfing skills early on and eventually integrated his expertise into golf course design after his successful playing career.

Braid's design for the Club Brampton Golf Course reflects parkland characteristics and includes strategic features such as doglegs, which he is credited with popularizing. Notably, the course is part of the more than 200 courses around Great Britain that Braid designed or re-designed, applying his background to enhance the layout and drainage of these courses.

Peak season green fees are £75 per player. Reduced rates are available for County Card holders. Contact the club for off-peak green fee information.

Some tee times may not be released online until closer to the date. Please contact the club if you do not see the time you want online.
