Broadway Golf Club

Broadway Golf Club was established in 1895 and is located on an escarpment with views across the Vale of Evesham. The course is an 18 hole, par 72, spanning 6184 yards and is known for its inland links feel with rolling fairways and contoured greens.

Designed by Dr. Alistair McKenzie in the 1920s, the course includes features like dry-stone walls and small contoured greens which present challenges for accuracy and shot placement. Key historical aspects of the course include parts registered with English Heritage as an ancient monument and a burial ground located near the clubhouse.

Known for its natural and artificial hazards, the course demands precise drives and carefully judged approaches. The 5th hole, a par 3 designed by Dr. Alistair McKenzie, is notable for requiring extreme accuracy onto a contoured green, affected significantly by weather conditions.

The Broadway Golf Club course is rated in the top twenty in the South West and is maintained year-round by Head Green Keeper Jamie Blake and his team. Despite changing weather conditions, which can affect playability, the course offers consistent quality and a variety of challenges for golfers of all abilities.
