Castle Stuart Golf Club

Castle Stuart Golf Links, designed by Gil Hanse and Mark Parsinen, was established in 2009 and is located above the Moray Firth in Inverness, Scotland. The championship course features a routing along the dunes with wide fairways and large greens, minimizing punitive play and promoting a design focused on error and recovery.

Characterized by its natural landscape including fescue, gorse, sea marram, and heather, the course's design is anchored in strategic variability, offering a mix of short and long par threes, driveable par fours, and variable par fives. Castle Stuart's prominent holes include the scenic 4th hole, a par 3 with views of the namesake castle, and the 18th hole, a par 5 that provides a memorable finish with expansive views of the surrounding landscape.
