About: Chapel-en-le-Frith Golf Club

Chapel-en-le-Frith Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Derbyshire. The club was first formed in 1905.

Chapel Golf Club in Derbyshire was established in 1905 as a 9 hole course and expanded in the early 1970s when Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas designed an additional 9 holes. This growth, coupled with further land acquisition, led to a redesigned 18 hole par 72 course.

The course, situated in a flat valley bottom, is characterized by its parkland style and presents challenges such as water hazards and strategically placed bunkers. Chapel Golf Club is located close to Buxton and Castleton in the High Peak region of Derbyshire, and features views of the Peak District hills.

Visitors are welcome and should book via BRS. County Card holders receive a £10 discount but must call the Pro shop to book. Special society rates are available upon application via the provided link or by contacting the Pro Shop.

Green fees are valid from April to October.
