About: Clevedon Golf Club

Clevedon Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Somerset. The club was first formed in 1891.

Clevedon Golf Club, situated in Somerset, was established 125 years prior to 2016, with the design of its 18-hole course attributed to J.H. Taylor. The course, which originally featured a par 68, underwent significant changes in the early 1990s, expanding by over 1,000 yards to transform into a par 72 course with USGA-specification greens.

Notable for its location, the 8th hole of Clevedon Golf Course provides a vantage point 200 feet above the fairway with views stretching across the local town, the Severn Estuary, South Wales, and the Mendip Hills. The course has hosted various championships and events including the PGA EuroPro in 2018 and 2021, among others, and has received accolades such as the Championship Greenkeeping Performance of the Year Award for its outstanding maintenance.

Visitors are welcome at Clevedon Golf Club. Book a tee time online or call the Pro-shop at 01275 874057 (opt 1). Twilight visitor rates (after 5pm) are £35 on weekdays and £40 on weekends. County Card holders can play for £45 on weekdays and £50 on weekends.
