The Courtown Golf Club, founded in 1936, celebrated its 80th anniversary in 2016. Originally established as a part of the old Courtown estate, the course was expanded to 18 holes in 1974. Its layout provides golfers with stunning views of the South Irish Sea and the beautiful North Wexford coast, making it a pleasant point of interest during golf rounds.
The club, boasting a 1000-strong membership, is particularly beloved by visitors who appreciate its mature parkland course. This par 71 course measures nearly 6000 meters in length.
