Dore And Totley Golf Club

The golf course at Dore and Totley was established in 1913 and is located in the Sheffield suburb of Bradway. The name of the course was inspired by the local railway station, which was the primary means of travel beyond the city limits at that time.

The course is designed as mature parkland and is noted for being one of the less undulating courses within the Sheffield area, presenting challenges suitable for golfers of various skill levels. The designer of the course and the exact date of establishment have not been specified.

Through its history, the course has played host to accomplished golfers such as George Duncan, Abe Mitchell, Harry Varden, and Tony Jacklin. Notable is the representation of Arthur Lees, who participated in the Ryder Cup four times, with his memorabilia proudly displayed at the club.

In 2005, the course underwent a significant development which included the addition of five new holes and the redesign of several others, resulting in a course length of 6576 yards (white tees) and a standard par of 72.

Discounted tee times are available through the online booking facility. Midweek Happy Hour (1 - 3pm) rates are available. Weekday Juniors fee is £15 and Weekend Juniors fee is £20.
