Droitwich Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Worcestershire. The club was first formed in 1897.
The golf course at Droitwich was established in 1897 as a nine-hole course on Bays Meadow, with its expansion to an eighteen-hole course, redesigned by James Braid, initiated by Lord Cobham in November 1923. The course, located in Worcestershire countryside near Droitwich, spans over 100 acres and includes Corsican Pines on Green Hill, enhancing the vistas potentially visible from the Chateau Impney.
Notable course features offer views of the Malvern, Clee, Clent, and Lickey Hills, and the course has been a host to County and Midland events, including the R&A Coronation Foursomes. Recent developments have included significant tree planting, and the course challenges golfers of all skill levels.
Visitors are welcome at Droitwich Golf Club. Tee times can be booked Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. You can book online or contact the Head Professional for the best price.
