Duff House Royal Golf Club is a members' golf club, in North East Scotland. The club was first formed in 1910.
The golf course at Duff House Royal Golf Club was first established in 1910, with an original design by Archie Simpson, which saw its formal opening marked by a match between J.H. Taylor and James Braid. It was later redesigned in 1923 by renowned golf architect Dr. Alister MacKenzie, who also transformed the greens, completing the new course by late 1924.
Dr. MacKenzie's design philosophy included undulating greens and fairways, minimal blind shots, routes for both experienced and novice players, and an emphasis on consistent course condition. These elements helped shape the 6,092-yard course, which features a par of 68 and presents challenges such as proximity to the River Deveron and views of the Moray Firth.
