Enmore Park Golf Club

The golf course at Enmore Park Golf Club was originally established as a 9-hole course in 1932 when the Club moved to its present location in Enmore. The 18-hole course, as known today, was designed by Hawtree & Co in 1969, following an expansion determined by the need for additional land.

Enmore Park Golf Club features a parkland style course which provides extensive views over the Quantock Hills and the Bristol Channel to Wales from its higher points. Key features include a brook and three ponds affecting five holes, and four notable par 3’s that constitute a significant challenge.

The golf course is laid out in two nine-hole loops that begin and end at the clubhouse. It measures 6,454 yards with a par of 71 for men, and 5,683 yards with a par of 73 for women, offering a demanding experience for golfers of varying skill levels.

One of the empirical challenges on the course includes the 10th hole, a lengthy par 4 that exceeds 400 yards and necessitates a precise drive to steer clear of encroaching trees. This hole is recognized for its level of difficulty within the region.
