Fleetwood Golf Club

Fleetwood Golf Club has a heritage of links golf dating back to 1861, when officers at Euston Barracks established a competition on the links course. The first golf club recorded at the site was disbanded around 1866 but was followed by a town-driven reincarnation in 1893 with the boundary along the sea.

The present course at Princess Way, designed by James Steer and opened in 1932, remains the only true links course on the Fylde Coast. Its distinctive features include subtly undulating fairways, refined greens, and challenging rough which, combined with the typical winds from the Irish Sea, provide a comprehensive test of golf for all levels of player ability.

From December 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, 18-hole green fees are £40 per person for groups of one to three golfers. Discounted fees of £35 per person apply to groups of four or more. County members and reciprocal club members pay £30 for 18 holes.
