Haste Hill Golf Course, originally known as Ruislip-Northwood Municipal Golf Course, was established in 1929 with a 9-hole layout designed by Open Champion Alexander 'Sandy' Herd.
Herd, alongside course professional Robert 'Bert' Pearson, expanded the course to 18 holes in 1932, offering a unique blend of classic design and local expertise.
