Mahon Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Cork.
Established in 1978 by Cork City Council and designed by Eddie Hackett, Mahon Golf Course holds the distinction of being Ireland's first purpose-built municipal course.
Opening in 1980, and also known as the Ted McCarthy Municipal Golf Course, it provides a challenging yet accessible experience for golfers of all skill levels.
