Mount Juliet Golf Club

Designed by Jack Nicklaus, Mount Juliet Estate golf course first opened in 1991 with an inaugural friendly match between Jack Nicklaus and Christy O'Connor Snr. It has since become recognized as a distinguished venue suitable for golfers of all skill levels.

The course has welcomed many golf notables, including when it hosted Tiger Woods, Ernie Els, Sergio Garcia, and Pádraig Harrington during the WGC American Express Golf Championship in September 2002, and again in 2004. Situated in Ireland's South East, the course integrates with the local pastoral and woodland landscape.

Tiger Woods complimented Mount Juliet Estate for its 'perfect fairways' and 'best greens', underscoring the course's reputation as Ireland's leading parkland golf course. Following its initial opening, the course has seen enhancements and the introduction of new features, which align with its commitment to excellence in golf.

Voted as Ireland's Best Parkland Golf Course by the Golfers Guide to Ireland, Mount Juliet continues to maintain its stature in the golfing community. Despite its expansions and modernizations, the course carefully preserves its essential character and continues to offer a challenging and engaging round of golf.
