Royal West Norfolk Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Norfolk. The club was first formed in 1892.
Royal West Norfolk Golf Club, also known as Brancaster, was established in 1892 with a course laid out by Mr. Holcombe Ingleby. Since its inception, there have been minimal alterations to the original design, maintaining many of the traditional holes to this day.
The course is recognized for its unique location, bordered by the North Sea on one side and saltmarsh on the other, presenting natural challenges, including its vulnerability to high tides that can render parts of the course inaccessible. With a total yardage of 6,457 and a par of 71, the course offers a challenging experience, intensified by the prevalent windy conditions of the North Norfolk coast.
Please contact the Secretary for more information and Green Fee rates. Foursomes play is the format of choice.
Three and Fourball play is not permitted at Brancaster. We do not take reservations at weekends or during the month of August.
