Sitwell Park Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Yorkshire.
Sitwell Park, designed in 1913 by the legendary Dr. Alister MacKenzie, represents his first commission for a private client.
MacKenzie was given the freedom to incorporate bold ideas, most notably on the greens, which were originally quite eccentric.
While the greens have been modified from MacKenzie's initial vision, much of the original routing remains, offering a unique glimpse into his early design philosophy.
