Southerness Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Dumfries & Galloway.

Southerness, a true championship links course on the Solway coast, was designed in 1947 by Philip Mackenzie Ross.

His design philosophy aimed to preserve the natural beauty of this wild coastal land, resulting in what many consider his finest solo creation.

Recent renovations by Clayton, DeVries & Pont, and McDonnell & Cooper, focus on bunker adjustments and strategic design improvements.
