Southwold Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Suffolk. The club was first formed in 1884.
Southwold Golf Club was established in 1884 with the help of consultation from James Braid, a renowned golfer and course architect. After visits by Braid in 1901 and 1902, the course underwent adjustments that led to it becoming a member of The James Braid Association.
The course is a coastal heathland 9-hole layout with 18 different tees, which provides a variety of challenges for golfers. Among its notable features are well-regarded greens, strategic bunkering, and the characteristic 'links bounce' due to its free-draining soil.
Visitor green fees are available. Weekday rates are £45 and weekend rates are £55. Junior rates are £20.
