About: St Ives Golf Club

St Ives Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Cambridgeshire. The club was first formed in 1923.

St Ives (Hunts) Golf Club was established in 1923 and acquired a 230-acre site in 2007 off Needingworth Road for the development of a new golf course. In 2010, the land was transformed into a Championship Links-style golf course by architect Cameron Sinclair, reflecting the club's ongoing ambition to become a premier golf venue in the East of England.

The course, situated in rural East Anglia at Giffords Farm, Needingworth, offers a challenging 18-hole layout for players of all skill levels. It is characterized by USGA specification greens, velvet bentgrass surfaces, fully drained and irrigated fairways, and 40mm sand-capping for a links-style experience.
