The North Shore Hotel and Golf Course is a members' golf club, in Lincolnshire. The club was first formed in 1910.
The North Shore Hotel & Golf Club features an 18-hole seaside golf course which was established in 1910. The course is designed by James Braid and includes both links and parkland style holes.
The course originally called North Shore Golf Links, Skegness, had it's opening ceremony reported in the Sleaford Gazette on Saturday 23rd April 1910; celbreated by single and fourball matches played between J.H. Taylor, James Braid, Harry Vardon and George Duncan. Fun fact, both Taylor and Duncan both won the Open at Royal Cinque Ports during their career.
The course is situated alongside the North Sea, offering views over the wash to the Norfolk coast. It incorporates the natural landscape of Skegness and is noted for being a fun holiday course, not far from the more traditional links course, Seacroft.
