Wells Somerset Golf Club

Wells Golf Club, established in 1893, is located on the outskirts of the historic City of Wells, Somerset. The course is an 18-hole parkland layout, set in the Mendip Hills, providing a challenging experience for golfers with undulating terrain and scenic views.

The course features a mix of elevated tee shots and valley fairways, with notable holes such as the short dog-leg par 4 12th that can be driven by longer hitters, and the difficult par 5 13th where accurate shot placement is crucial due to a ditch crossing the fairway. The course architecture offers variety across the holes, benefiting from the natural features of the surrounding landscape.
