Wexford Golf Club

Wexford Golf Club's golf course was established in 1961 and affiliated with the Golfing Union of Ireland (GUI) in 1966. It is an 18-hole parkland course, located on the slopes of Mulgannon Hill on the outskirts of Wexford town.

The course underwent significant redevelopment under the design of Jeff Howes, and the new Par 71 layout was unveiled to include a variety of hole lengths, aspects, and levels of difficulty. Reshaped greens provide a notable challenge for putting skills, and the course now measures 6,580 yards from the championship tees.

Notable for its setting, Wexford Golf Club offers panoramic views, including The Blackstairs Mountains and Wexford town to the north, and views of Wexford Harbour and the south county from the southern slopes. The course's location provides an added visual dimension for visitors.

Upgrades completed in 2006 improved the course to current standards, ensuring a challenging experience for golfers across all levels of play.

Peak season rates (April - September) are €55 on weekdays (Tuesday - Thursday) and €60 on weekends (Friday - Sunday) including bank holidays.

Off-peak rates (October - March) are €35 on weekdays (Tuesday - Thursday) and €40 on weekends (Friday - Sunday) including bank holidays. A Monday online special is available for €20 during off-peak and €25 during peak season booking online only.
