About: Wrotham Heath Golf Club

Wrotham Heath Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Kent. The club was first formed in 1906.

Wrotham Heath Golf Club was established in 1906, with its Clubhouse housed in an original oast house which was extended when the course expanded. The course began as a 9-hole heathland course, with its construction potentially overseen by Club Professional Len Job, though the original designer is not known.

In the 1990s, the club commissioned Donald Steel, an eminent golf course architect, to design additional holes which brought the course up to 18 holes. This expanded course opened for play in May 1995, and since then, there have been various enhancements, including tee extensions and a major woodland management program aimed at reintegrating heather and restoring the original heathland terrain.

Visitor green fees are available Monday, Tuesday (after 12:30), and Thursday (after 12:30) for £80.00. Junior visitor fees are £40.00. County Card rates are available Monday through Thursday for £60.00, and £30 for juniors.
