About: Tapton Park (Tapton)

Tapton Park (Tapton) is a parkland, 18 hole golf course in Derbyshire.

Tapton Park Golf Course, originally designed by Open Champion George Duncan, officially opened in 1934.

Duncan envisioned a course that harmonized with the "delightful" Derbyshire scenery, utilizing natural hazards rather than excessive bunkering.

His design philosophy prioritized well-designed greens and "first rate" turf, creating an enjoyable experience for all skill levels on this classic course.

18-hole green fees are £22 on weekdays and £27 on weekends.
