About: Alresford Golf Club

Alresford Golf Club is a members' golf club, in Hampshire. The club was first formed in 1890.

The Alresford Golf Course was established in 1890 as a 9-hole course on chalky downland south of Alresford, Hampshire. It was expanded to 18 holes in 1912 but reverted to 9 holes during World War I and reintroduced as an 18-hole course in 1993, with some of the original holes included.

Notable adjustments to the course occurred in 1953 with the addition of alternative tees offering different lines and lengths on the second visit to each hole. The greens of the original holes have been upgraded to modern specifications, enhancing the course's quality and playability.

Visitors are welcome at Alresford Golf Club. Weekday green fees are £45 and weekend green fees are £55.

For tee time availability and bookings, please visit the Alresford Golf Club website.
